Diane Spinner is a graduate of Touro College, Jacob D. Fuchsberg Law Center. She has been practicing law since 1996.
After graduating from law school, she began practicing law at the personal injury firm she clerked for during school. There she gained extensive pre-trial and trial experience in handling all phases of personal injury cases from intake to no fault through discovery and trial preparation.
Since 2000, Diane has concentrated her efforts on settling pre-trial cases.
In 2019, Diane joined Jacobson Law, LLC and has been assisting the firm in settling a wide variety of personal injury cases including car accidents, dog bites, slip and falls, work related accidents, product liability, and assault cases.
Diane is admitted to the New York State Bar as well as the U.S District Court Bars for the Eastern and Southern Districts of New York.
